Tasks
- Regularly clean and maintain all indoor and outdoor areas
- Maintain green spaces and perform seasonal tasks such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, leaf clearance, and winter services
- Carry out minor repairs and various manual tasks
- Inspect and maintain buildings and technical systems
- Prepare rooms for moves and events and provide support as needed
Requirements
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist
- Technical understanding combined with manual skills
- Experience in building cleaning, maintenance, or gardening is an advantage
