Your diverse tasks
- Leading all positions in the bakery
- Ensuring qualitative, quantitative, and timely production
- Willingness to work in various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts) including weekends
- Leading meetings and conferences
- Planning and optimizing the annual plan
- Developing new products
- Ongoing control and monitoring of profitability
- Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
- Supporting the training of apprentices according to the education regulations
- Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in a protected environment during work execution
- Adhering to and implementing hygiene guidelines
What you bring
- Training as a baker/confectioner EFZ
- Leadership experience
- Quick comprehension and business understanding
- Organizational talent and innovative strength
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in working with people with disabilities.
- Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
- Solid knowledge of office processes
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Social competence and empathy
- Impeccable character
Working hours are to be arranged with the head of the food production department.
