Your diverse tasks

• Leading all positions in the bakery 
• Ensuring qualitative, quantitative, and timely production
• Willingness to work in various shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts) including weekends
• Leading meetings and conferences
• Planning and optimizing the annual plan
• Developing new products
• Ongoing control and monitoring of profitability
• Adhering to and continuously improving our quality standards
• Supporting the training of apprentices according to the education regulations
• Supporting, accompanying, and promoting our employees in a protected environment during work execution
• Adhering to and implementing hygiene guidelines

What you bring

• Training as a baker/confectioner EFZ
• Leadership experience 
• Quick comprehension and business understanding
• Organizational talent and innovative strength
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in working with people with disabilities.
• Flexibility, resilience, tolerance, and a pronounced sense of order and cleanliness
• Solid knowledge of office processes
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Social competence and empathy
• Impeccable character

Working hours are to be arranged with the head of the food production department.
