Publiaz immobilier SA is a real estate agency offering, among other services, property management, condominium administration, brokerage, and appraisals. A family business active for 65 years, the head office is historically located in Renens, and three agencies also serve clients in Montreux, Rolle, and Pully.

The Position Develop the brokerage service by bringing your enthusiasm, rigour, and commercial sense, with the following tasks:

• Prospect for new mandates with owners and developers
• Appraise real estate, implement effective and targeted marketing for entrusted properties
• Support stakeholders throughout the acquisition/sale process
• Develop and maintain a network of business introducers and partners Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to join a dynamic team?

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a similar position is essential
• Federal diploma as a real estate agent or expert in property valuations (an advantage)
• Dynamic and proactive by nature, with an extensive network of contacts on the Riviera
• Good communication skills, personable, client-oriented, and excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team, with good availability
• Fluency in French, strong writing and spelling; knowledge of English (an advantage)
• Proficient with IT tools
• Excellent presentation
