Independent programming, setup, and operation of CNC long turning machines of the brands STAR and HANWHA
Timely processing of production orders while consistently adhering to processing and quality guidelines
Active participation in the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and product quality
Professional support and supervision of our apprentices during their training

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, décolleteur, or production mechanic, ideally with a focus on manufacturing technology
Extensive experience in CNC long turning, especially with machines from STAR and HANWHA
Very good knowledge of FANUC control as well as ISO programming
Team-oriented working style as well as a high degree of reliability, flexibility, and resilience
Familiarity with quality management systems according to ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485
