Job Description

As a Technical Lead .NET, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical directions of the project while supporting the development teams on a daily basis:

Technical Leadership

• Work closely with the internal Technical Leader to align technical choices with project objectives.
• Define technical directions and ensure their proper implementation.
• Be the technical reference for the development teams.

Architecture & Design

• Design robust, scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural choices and select the most suitable technologies.
• Ensure the technical coherence of the entire platform.

Team Management

• Lead a team of .NET developers.
• Supervise Front-End developments to ensure smooth integration with Back-End components.
• Support developers in their skills development and encourage the sharing of best practices.

Quality & Development

• Oversee developments and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and support teams on complex technical issues.
• Ensure the performance, maintainability and security of developments.

Communication & Coordination

• Ensure smooth communication with various stakeholders.
• Share progress, identified risks and proposed solutions.
• Contribute to good coordination between technical teams and business contacts.

Qualifications

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Leader, Lead Developer or Software Architect.
• Experience in transformation or complex application redesign projects.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of C#, ASP.NET and Entity Framework.
• Strong knowledge of application architectures, APIs and web services.
• Good mastery of Front-End technologies such as Angular or React, as well as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Good understanding of application performance, security and scalability issues.

Leadership

• Ability to unite and support technical teams.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Confidence in making technical decisions and solving complex problems.
• Natural leadership and initiative.

Languages

• Fluent French is essential.

Assets

• Experience in banking, financial services or fintech sectors is a real plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector is appreciated.
