For the outpatient clinic in Baden, as part of the Center for Outpatient Regionalized Clarifications and Treatments of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics, and Psychotherapy (KJP), we are looking for you as of October 1, 2025, or by agreement
Responsibilities
- You lead the outpatient clinic in Baden and implement the institutional guidelines and goals in a professional, administrative, and business-like manner in good cooperation with the medical management of the Center for Outpatient Regionalized Clarifications and Treatments
- You manage an interdisciplinary team with medical, psychological, and administrative staff and participate in patient care
- You recruit new staff, support, develop, and qualify your team
- You collaborate with the center management and the management of other outpatient clinics as well as other departments of the KJP and external partners, focusing on the implementation of institutional goals
- You take on medical responsibility and, if necessary, support the other regional outpatient clinics of the center as well as other departments of the KJP
- You contribute to the overarching development of institutional, professional, and business attitudes and implement these in your team
- You participate in the specialist case assessments according to KLV 11b (ordering model)
- You participate in the background emergency service for the entire area of the KJP
Profile
- You hold a specialist title in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH, are close to completing it, or have an equivalent MEBEKO recognized qualification
- You ideally have leadership experience and a leadership training or are willing to undergo such training
- You promote interdisciplinary, guideline-oriented work and are motivated for the most efficient clarification and treatment of children and adolescents, involving their families
- You are characterized by initiative, high social competence, and situation-appropriate communication as well as flexibility and resilience
- You do not lose your sense of humor even in dynamic situations and complement our team in an ideal way
