At HPS Lucerne, children and young people with disabilities are taught, individually supported and accompanied holistically from kindergarten to school leaving. Help us create a sustainable daily structure for children and young people - with heart, competence and creative freedom!
Your tasks
- You will professionally, personally, organisationally and financially lead and further develop the school and family complementary day structure (SFT) department.
- You ensure a high-quality, resource-oriented care offer and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration with the teaching and therapy departments.
- You plan, coordinate and optimise internal processes, care and deployment planning as well as annual goals in the department.
- You lead, promote and support your team - including personnel planning, employee discussions and training planning.
- You actively participate in our management team and contribute your ideas to the strategic and operational development of the school.
Your profile
- You have completed training in social pedagogy (HF) or have at least three years of training in the secondary sector of social work.
- You have solid professional experience in the care sector and show interest and commitment to this area of responsibility.
- Ideally, you have already completed further training in leadership/management or are willing to do so.
- Good collaboration and professional exchange within the team and with external partners are important to you.
- Your working style is structured, communicative and responsible - both in the team and interdisciplinarily. During the school term, you are present on site at least four days a week. Additional working hours that arise during more intensive phases can be compensated during school holidays.
