What I drive
- Support of the management in daily business
- Involvement in compliance issues, organisation and maintenance of confidential data and documents, research and preparation of information
- Organisation and coordination of events and trips of the management. Representative tasks
What it takes
- A university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration and/or several years of experience in a comparable role in an international corporate environment – ideally with an interest in corporate law topics.
- Experience in an assistant role at C-level.
- High reliability, discretion and a customer-oriented attitude – combined with a professional appearance and strong social skills.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. (mandatory)
- Confident handling of the M365 platform, especially SharePoint
