Your tasks
- Processing of all payment transactions as well as monitoring of payment systems
- Processing of standing orders and handling of direct debits (LSV)
- Posting of debit and prepaid cards
- Execution of bank-to-bank payments and handling of precious metal account transactions
- Initiation and response to SWIFT and email investigations as well as preparation of payment investigations for clients, client advisors and correspondent banks
- Point of contact for payment transaction enquiries from client advisors, internal departments or correspondent banks
- Role model and mentoring role for junior/professional employees
- Preparation and delivery of reports
- Technical leadership of projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalisations and process optimisations
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or higher education with a focus on finance
- Several years of solid professional experience in payment transactions (SIC, SWIFT) (>5 years)
- Systematic, precise and reliable working style with motivation to optimise processes
- Flexible, reliable, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Experience in participating in projects and process optimisations with a pronounced technical flair
- Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2)

Your first six months with us
In the first two to three months, a structured induction takes place. Internal procedures, processes as well as the systems and programmes used are conveyed in order to build a solid understanding of the activities in payment transactions. Afterwards, more responsibility in day-to-day business is gradually assigned. In parallel, active participation in projects takes place, for example in the further development of applications, optimisation of processes or introduction of new digital solutions.
