Tasks
- Provide professional care and support to clients at home.
- Document health developments and coordinate care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on health topics.
Skills
- Higher degree in nursing or equivalent qualification required.
- Fluency in German (B2) or willingness to achieve it.
- Must be flexible, independent, and possess a driver's license.

Your qualifications
