Your area of responsibility

In this management position, you are responsible for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit. As an experienced HRM

• you are responsible for the monthly payroll processing in Abacus, including insurance matters
• you are responsible for social insurance administration (including payroll declarations)
• you are the internal and external contact person for all personnel matters
• you further develop HR processes and management tools
• you manage time recording, expenses and absences
• you collect relevant HR key figures and derive recommendations for action
• you maintain the intranet and other employee information tools
• you support the line in personnel recruitment
• you assist in planning and organising various employee events
• you design the annual newsletter

Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic personality with several years of experience in a comparable position. You

• have a commercial basic education and further training in the personnel field
• can look back on several years of experience in a similar function
• have already been responsible for personnel administration including payroll/salary run (Abacus knowledge is an advantage)
• are familiar with Swiss labour law
• are proficient in German, both spoken and written (French and English are an advantage)
• are used to working with concentration and setting the right priorities
• enjoy working with people and supporting their professional development
