Human Resources Manager 50-100%
Your area of responsibility
In this management position, you are responsible for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit. As an experienced HRM
- you are responsible for the monthly payroll processing in Abacus, including insurance matters
- you are responsible for social insurance administration (including payroll declarations)
- you are the internal and external contact person for all personnel matters
- you further develop HR processes and management tools
- you manage time recording, expenses and absences
- you collect relevant HR key figures and derive recommendations for action
- you maintain the intranet and other employee information tools
- you support the line in personnel recruitment
- you assist in planning and organising various employee events
- you design the annual newsletter
Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic personality with several years of experience in a comparable position. You
- have a commercial basic education and further training in the personnel field
- can look back on several years of experience in a similar function
- have already been responsible for personnel administration including payroll/salary run (Abacus knowledge is an advantage)
- are familiar with Swiss labour law
- are proficient in German, both spoken and written (French and English are an advantage)
- are used to working with concentration and setting the right priorities
- enjoy working with people and supporting their professional development
