Food Processing - You will learn the various aspects of preparation, cooking methods, as well as plating and presenting dishes.
Kitchen Insights - Experience the different areas of our banquet and à-la-carte kitchen and discover the diversity of gastronomy.
Handling Food - You will acquire knowledge in the proper handling of food, from reception to storage.
Calculation and Purchasing - You will receive an introduction to calculation, purchasing, and goods receipt – important skills for your future.
Hygiene and Occupational Safety - We will teach you the importance of hygiene, occupational safety, and thoughtful work planning.
Completed compulsory schooling
