Are you ready to actively shape fund distribution for an independent, growing asset manager? In this role, you will acquire new sales partners in the wholesale sector and further expand fund distribution. Additionally, you will win institutional investors and further develop our mandate business. At the same time, you will deepen contact with existing sales partners, investors, consultants, and tender platforms. Furthermore, you will represent Bantleon and our funds at events, trade fairs, and congresses – both digitally and on-site – and contribute your ideas to the further development of our sales, marketing, and product concepts.
You bring initial experience and an existing network in the business with sales partners and institutional investors in the German-speaking part of Switzerland – preferably also in the Romandy, combined with good French skills. Alternatively, you have solid expertise from your work at a sales partner such as a bank, an asset manager, or a family office. High customer orientation and service mentality characterize you as much as enthusiasm and motivation. You work in a structured manner, are team-oriented, and present yourself confidently and convincingly – both in personal conversations and in front of groups and decision-makers. Very good knowledge of the capital market and its fundamentals is as natural to you as the willingness to travel for work.
