Your tasks

Administrative processing of damage cases on our trucks
Preparing documents for new vehicles and maintaining vehicle files
Carrying out consumption controls of diesel and
Ad-Blue
Managing and updating the internal system master data
Close cooperation with the in-house workshop

You bring

Commercial basic training or equivalent
Professional experience in a similar position (preferably workshop or transport environment)
Very good handling of the entire MS Office suite
Confident German and good spoken French skills
Precise and independent working style as well as high quality awareness
