Senior Application Manager Dynamics 365 CRM

Do you want to create sustainable solutions on a modern CRM platform? With us, you will shape the future technology landscape around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and AI technologies, working closely with various departments.

Your area of impact

• You ensure the stable and secure operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform
• Together with internal and external partners, you coordinate and accompany changes, releases, tests, and productive rollouts, ensuring reliable implementation of solutions
• You analyse and prioritise business requirements from different departments and translate them into viable technical solutions
• You advise departments, product owners, and project managers on questions regarding processes, data, integrations, permissions, and automation
• You continuously develop platforms, integrations, and automations, supporting a sustainable and high-performance system landscape
• You continuously evaluate modern technologies, AI services, and platform functions of the Microsoft Cloud and actively contribute their potential to the further development of the solution landscape

What you bring with you

• You have a higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable technical field
• You succeed in collaborating with various stakeholders even in demanding and changing system landscapes, building relationships and maintaining an overview
• You have several years of experience in application management (ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) as well as in operating and further developing corresponding platforms
• You bring good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, the Power Platform, and modern cloud, integration, and automation solutions
• You analyse complex technical and professional contexts in a structured way and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions
• Very good German and good English skills complete your profile; certifications in the Microsoft Dynamics environment are an advantage
