Technical Sales Support Officer in Timber Construction, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take on the advice and support of customers in the region, by telephone and in the showroom
• You will be the contact person for wood processors, general contractors and architects
• You will also be responsible for quotation and order processing
• Furthermore, you will deliver and record product data for the webshop
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have training in the timber industry, for example as a carpenter, joiner or comparable
• Professional experience in sales support is important but not a requirement (m/f/d)
• A proficient use of Office and/or ERP applications is expected
• Basic knowledge of costing and a good affinity for numbers will make your workday easier
• Furthermore, you enjoy telephone and personal contact with customers
• Ideally, you also bring experience with CADwork 3D
• Do you describe yourself as a team player, independent and well organised?
