Nursing Specialist HF Dementia (Fürstenau)

• You work in a manageable nursing group with residents with dementia and varying care needs
• You organize and coordinate the diverse nursing daily routine and take on daily responsibility in the department
• You conduct interprofessional visits, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
• You involve relatives of our residents in your primary care
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the care process and for correct documentation
• You ensure high care quality in collaboration with our nursing experts
• You accompany and support learners and students in the challenging nursing daily routine and in their learning situations
• You engage in internal working groups for the further development of Thurvita

• Recognized diploma in Switzerland as a qualified nursing specialist HF / FH and very good German language skills
• Solid nursing expertise and interest in professional and personal development
• You enjoy both relationship work and complex medical-technical tasks
• The care process is central to you, and you are eager to help shape its development
• You communicate confidently and professionally
• You handle hectic, challenging, and complex situations calmly and thoughtfully
• You impress with high social competence: you meet our residents, colleagues, and all contact persons with empathy, respect, and appreciation
