SONNHALDE in Grüningen is a psychiatric care and support centre with around 300 residents of various ages. As part of the Peter di Gallo Unternehmungen AG, we employ over 320 staff across 14 wards.

To strengthen our finance and accounting team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, who takes responsibility and wants to actively shape our finance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for service invoicing as well as managing accounts receivable and general ledger accounting, ensuring correct and timely posting of all business transactions. Additionally, you will take on the role of practical trainer and support and promote the commercial apprentices during their training within the company.

• Service invoicing
• Accounts receivable including dunning
• Coding and posting of cash and bank vouchers
• Ensuring completeness of monthly financial statements
• Collaboration on the internal control system (ICS)
• Value added tax returns
• Support in training apprentices as a practical trainer

• Commercial basic training with specialised further education in finance and accounting
• Advantageous to have professional experience in healthcare
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programmes is essential
• Lobos system knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in German is essential
• Independent, responsible and structured working style
