Job Description
MISSIONS AND OBJECTIVES
The IT Support & Development role contributes to the proper functioning of the group’s IT environment and the digitalisation of processes.
Under the supervision of the IT & Information Security Lead, they ensure the administration and evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment and the group’s business tools.
They contribute to the design and implementation of automation solutions and improvements to digital tools in support of the Technology and Business Support department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Automation and digitalisation of processes
Design and deploy automation solutions in collaboration with business teams, under the guidance and coordination of the IT & Information Security Lead:
- work cross-functionally with departments to identify processes to optimise or digitalise
- create and maintain Power Automate flows to automate internal workflows
- develop PowerShell scripts for administration and recurring tasks
- integrate Microsoft tools with existing business systems (connectors, REST API, SharePoint)
- support users in the adoption of tools and new practices
- document automated flows and processes
IT Administration and Microsoft 365 Environment
Ensure the day-to-day administration of the group’s IT environment, focused on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and business tools:
- administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- manage identities and access via Entra ID (users, groups, conditional access) and each business tool
- in collaboration with the outsourced Service Desk, manage devices and endpoints via Intune (deployment, onboarding, compliance, configurations)
- participate in license management and subscription optimisation
- handle level 2 support requests in addition to the outsourced Service Desk
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Junior profile from a generalist IT or business IT background, with a CFC, ES, BTS or Bachelor level:
- CFC IT Specialist – focus on Operations and Infrastructure or Application Development
- ideally complemented by an ES Business IT diploma
- BTS IT Services for Organisations (SIO):
- option Software Solutions and Business Applications (SLAM)
- or Infrastructure Solutions, Systems and Networks (SISR)
- BUT Computer Science – generalist or systems administration track
- Bachelor HES in Business IT:
- HEIG-VD
- HEG Geneva
- HE-Arc
A first experience is appreciated but not required.
APPRECIATED / TO BE ACQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator
- PL-900 – Power Platform Fundamentals
- AI-900 – Azure AI Fundamentals
