We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as our new
Co-Team Leader Nursing
Together with your co-leader, you will take on the personnel and organisational leadership of the team. You share responsibility, use your different strengths and act as sparring partners for each other.
What awaits you
- Leadership, support and development of employees
- Support your team in challenging situations
- Conduct employee, target and development discussions
- Ensure high nursing quality together with the specialists
- Take on assignments in direct care if needed
What you bring with you
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in nursing, ideally in Spitex
- Responsible, well-organised, resilient and positive personality with natural authority
- Motivating leadership and know-how in empowering employees
- Networked thinking with willingness to take responsibility
- Proficient use of IT programmes (MS Office, RAI-HC, Perigon)
