Our client is looking for a committed and reliable person for accounting. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting and actively support closing tasks as well as administrative duties in finance and accounting.

Your tasks

Accounts receivable & accounts payable:

• Recording and posting of accounts payable invoices
• Creating and executing payment runs
• Managing accounts receivable including dunning
• Monitoring and posting incoming payments

Financial accounting & cash management:

• Posting bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts
• Managing and controlling the cash register
• Processing and checking daily accounts

Closings, VAT & administration:

• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
• Supporting VAT declarations
• General administrative tasks in finance and accounting
• Contributing to the optimisation and digitalisation of processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in finance and accounting
• Sound knowledge of accounting
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software
• Independent, precise and responsible working style
• Confident German language skills as well as good Italian language skills in spoken and written form
