For the spring semester 2027, we are looking for an interested and motivated person for your training internship. Would you like to support our team in working with clients? Then we look forward to receiving your application. The start and duration of the assignment can be agreed upon. It helps us if you provide information about this in your motivation letter.Your Tasks
- Case management within the framework of personal and financial assistance according to the Social Assistance Act / Asylum Care
- Psychosocial counselling of our clients with the aim of professional, linguistic and social integration
- Recognising problem situations and developing appropriate strategies
- Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration
- Assertion of possible claims with social insurances and other third parties
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in Social Work at FH
- Interest and great willingness to learn in the field of statutory social assistance
- Communicative, resilient and team-oriented personality
- A flair for numbers and enjoyment of administrative tasks
