In the interdisciplinary emergency centre, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. As part of the expansion of our Gastroenterology department, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Planning and organisation of specialist gastroenterology consultations
- First point of contact (reception and telephone) for gastroenterology patients
- Calling up and instructing patients
- Maintaining the electronic patient record, recording services, medical correspondence and general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, Health Professional, Medical Secretary, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in consultation organisation and patient administration
- Independent, structured and efficient working style
- Reliable, flexible and resilient personality with organisational talent
