The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric centre of expertise with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home.
Your Mission
- Further development and implementation of the strategy for vocational education and personnel development
- Development and assurance of quality standards as well as educational and development processes
- Responsibility for onboarding, competence management and internal training offers
- Design and implementation of leadership development, talent management and succession planning
- Strategic further development of vocational education and professional support of those responsible for training
- Personnel and lateral leadership as well as advising managers and executive management
- Leading projects and promoting cross-departmental collaboration
Your Profile
- Higher education (HF/FH/University) in Human Resources, Educational Management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in personnel development and/or vocational education
- Experience in strategy, project and change management
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Networked, conceptual thinking as well as high communication and consulting competence
- Enjoyment of operational implementation work
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
