Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse in Spitex, m/f/d (80-100%)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the personnel, professional and cooperative leadership of your team 
• In doing so, you advise, support and promote your employees and prepare the personnel deployment planning as well as medication management
• You also actively work in nursing (maximum 1 day per week) and ensure the quality of care as well as compliance with care processes / quality standards
• You actively implement the processes, coach and develop your team and take on controlling
• You also maintain contacts with relatives and doctors and prepare care documentation and assessments
• Regular participation in meetings facilitates constructive exchange with management and other team leaders
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF, FH, DN2 (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience
• A targeted further education or being on the way to it is an advantage but not a requirement
