Activities
- You lead the maintenance team, consisting of mechanics and electricians, in close coordination with plant management
- You take responsibility for efficient and quality-conscious maintenance
- You regularly coordinate with production and manage collaboration with external service providers
- You take over the coordination of projects
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or similar training
- PLC knowledge, preferably you are able to program yourself
- Professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in leading employees
