About the job
The Opportunity
We are looking for a committed individual as a Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist Export, who actively shapes and optimises our international transport processes. In this role, you are responsible for organising and monitoring worldwide transports by air, sea, road, and courier services. You work closely with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handling.
What You Can Achieve
Organisation and monitoring of worldwide transports (air, sea, truck, courier)
Commissioning, creation, scheduling, and monitoring of shipments
Handling of certifications, letters of credit, ATA carnets, and insurance certificates
Verification of service invoices
Issuance of shipping documents via ERP and other tools (GTS/SAP, Excel etc.)
Evaluation of transport offers and checking of freight invoices
Continuous exchange with internal and external stakeholders
Application of your expertise in export control, rules of origin, and goods transportation with all carriers
What You Bring
Completed training as an export specialist
2–3 years of professional experience in the relevant field
Solid know-how in the logistics industry
Digital skills (API, EDI, AI): standard
Experience in stakeholder management (SCM, planning, suppliers, PMs, engineering, quality, import/export, finance)
Knowledge of SAP TMS & GTS as well as MS Office (Excel, SharePoint etc.)
Language skills: fluent German, English B2 required, French/Italian an advantage
Skills: problem-solving ability, good communication skills, initiative
