About the job
The Nelty de Beausobre EMS, opened in 1989, is named after the last descendant of the Beausobre family. It offers 32 single rooms as well as 9 double rooms. Close to the station and the pedestrian zone of the town centre, the EMS is ideally located and allows you to enjoy the nearby shops and cafés or to go to the shores of Lake Geneva.
We are looking for the Nelty de Beausobre EMS for a:
Maintenance Agent (M/F) at 100%
Start date 1st November or to be agreed

YOU HAVE
- A CFC as an Operations Agent or equivalent qualification
- Successful first experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Good command of French (spoken and written)
- A driving licence
- Basic knowledge of products, hygiene standards and cleaning techniques
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Availability and flexibility
YOUR MAIN TASKS
- Respond kindly to the needs of residents within the scope of your duties and help create a warm and respectful atmosphere
- Ensure the cleaning of rooms, common areas and premises according to current protocols
- Collaborate effectively with care, hospitality and technical teams to ensure quality support.
- Carry out various routine cleaning tasks indoors, outdoors and on roads
- Maintain the outdoor areas belonging to the establishment, in all seasons
- Perform transports according to the needs of the establishment
