Plant Operator / Machine Operator 100% (m/f/d) 3- and 4-shift operation

Your main tasks
Machine expert: You control, monitor and operate the state-of-the-art processing equipment and ensure that quality, performance and production targets are continuously met.
Process optimiser: You independently carry out product changes and adjustments, adapt parameters and are always looking for ways to make processes even more efficient.
Quality assurer: You conduct regular quality checks directly at the plant, detect deviations early and guarantee the best product quality.
Troubleshooter: In case of technical faults, you intervene pragmatically, identify the causes and actively help to minimise downtime.
Qualifications
- Training: Completed apprenticeship as a plant operator EFZ or a basic technical education (e.g. in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or several years of professional experience.
- Additional training (plus): A SUVA-recognised forklift and/or crane licence is a great advantage.
Experience: Initial professional experience in operating production or packaging equipment. Experience in shift work is an advantage.
Mobility (mandatory): Driving licence category B and own car are mandatory due to shift times.
Shift readiness: Willingness to work regular 3-shift operation (early, late and night shifts, occasionally 4-shift if needed).
Languages & IT: Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as solid basic knowledge of MS Office.
Personality: Reliable, independent and solution-oriented working style as well as a high team orientation.
