Your new job

• Responsibility for the architecture of digital banking channels (E Banking, Mobile Banking, Customer Portal, etc.), knowledge of common frontend, API and security architectures
• Understanding of the Customer Life Cycle (Onboarding, Identification, Advice, Support, Offboarding) for translation into business processes and robust, integrated IT solutions
• Design of solutions for output and layout processes (documents, contracts, forms, notifications), ensuring consistent customer communication across all channels
• Knowledge of integration patterns and technologies (APIs, events, files, real-time and batch interfaces) for clean embedding of solutions into the overall architecture and core banking systems
• Close collaboration with business units (Digital Banking, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance), clear communication and ensuring that solutions are secure, regulatory compliant and customer-oriented

What we benefit from

• Several years of experience in designing and implementing solutions in the digital banking environment (E-Banking, Mobile Banking, Customer Portals) in a bank or comparable regulated environment
• Knowledge of modern architecture and integration patterns (e.g. API and microservices architectures, event-driven architecture and identity and security patterns)
• Experience in designing end-to-end customer processes and in the structured transfer of requirements from business units into solution designs including the ability to assess their technical feasibility and scalability in close coordination with product owners
• Ideally experience with output and document solutions (document and layout systems, notifications, legally relevant customer communication), understanding of their regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of security, compliance and governance requirements in the banking environment and their implementation in the architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
