Skills
- Bachelor's in agronomy from HAFL, ETHZ, or abroad preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss agriculture, especially organic farming.
- Communicative, reliable, and fluent in German and French.

What you will do here
- Contribute to the implementation and further development of the additional qualification "Organic Farming and Resource Protection"
- Plan and organize appointments with lecturers and external speakers, maintain presence on the online platform Moodle
- Maintain exchange with partners, especially from the organic sector (FiBL, Bio-Suisse...), collect topics for student papers, prepare guest lectures and excursions
- Collaborate on the team's research projects, e.g. RISE sustainability analyses of agricultural enterprises, climate-neutral milk production, life cycle assessments
What you ideally bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in agronomy, ideally from HAFL, also Hepia, ETHZ or abroad possible
- Solid knowledge of Swiss agriculture and especially organic farming
- Communicative, open, reliable, independent
- Good German and French skills required, English skills an advantage
