Your Tasks
- As part of the AVOR / KVP team, you provide central planning services for our maintenance locations Worb, Worblaufen, and Solothurn (future Bätterkinden)
- You plan and coordinate revisions and actively shape the maintenance development of our vehicle fleets
- You create and maintain technical documentation according to applicable standards and regulations
- Commercial clarifications
Your focus SAP S/4HANA (PM/MM):
- You maintain and develop master data (technical locations, equipment, maintenance plans, measuring points)
- You take over operational data maintenance (equipment changes, notifications, measurement records, document management)
- You create, manage, and technically close maintenance orders
- You work in the SAP competence center and implement process improvements as well as new functions
Your focus KVP:
- You actively shape the continuous improvement process (KVP) – from preparation to follow-up of the improvement days
Your Profile
- You have a technical basic education (EFZ) in the field of technology, preferably further training at FH / HF level (process specialist, technician or comparable)
- You have several years of experience in maintenance, ideally in the railway industry (min. 3 years)
- You have solid knowledge in AVOR and SAP (PM/MM)
- You are confident in using MS Office and modern IT tools
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have a high degree of personal responsibility
- You are communicative, assertive, and quality-conscious
- You enjoy continuous improvement (KVP)
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
