Apprenticeship as Assistant in Health and Social Services EBA

Your tasks:
- Deployment in care in two of our four residential groups
- Support of our residents in daily life activities, such as personal hygiene, mobilization, or eating and drinking
- Observation and reporting of changes in general condition to the daily supervisors
- Participation in care documentation in collaboration with qualified professional staff
- Work in shift operations in compliance with youth protection regulations (early and late shifts, split shifts, and up to two weekend shifts per month)
Your profile:
- Completed secondary school level A
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B1)
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility and resilience
- Social competence and communication skills
- Respectful, empathetic attitude towards our residents
- Basic computer skills
