tasks:

• you are responsible for the design planning of new build and conversion projects, in the areas of hospitality, industry and commerce as well as residential construction
• in doing so, you develop concepts and designs for energy-optimised buildings and structures
• you also prepare site analyses and determine the requirements
• furthermore, you develop solution approaches and variant studies
• the preparation of explanatory reports and the elaboration of detailed studies are also part of your responsible tasks
• preliminary clarifications with authorities, neighbours and third parties complete your versatile activity
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a degree as an architect fh / tu / eth / usi
• a confident handling of Office products as well as Archicad and Adobe desktop publishing is an advantage, but not a requirement
• a good design flair and understanding of building constructions is important
• do you consider yourself a team player, quick to grasp and analytical thinker?
