You support the central study administration of the University of Music Basel and take on a key role as a power user of the Evento system in the digital design and optimization of study-related processes. Your contribution ensures efficient and service-oriented administration – for the benefit of students and the internal organization.

Your tasks:
- Ensuring smooth study administration across all phases of the student life cycle (from application to graduation)
- Maintenance, control, and evaluation of study-relevant data in the university administration system Evento
- Function as a power user and first contact person for questions about Evento within the university
- Support in the further development and optimization of digital processes in study administration
- Collaboration with the student administrations of the institutes
- Creation of evaluations, statistics, and reports for internal and external purposes Participation in quality assurance and documentation of processes
- Training and support for colleagues in handling Evento
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or administrative training, ideally with experience in the higher education environment
- Very good knowledge of digital administration systems, preferably Evento
- Strong affinity for digital processes and their further development
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation and communication skills in dealing with students and internal stakeholders
- Enjoy working in a team and cross-departmental collaboration
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
