About the job
The Training and Continuing Education team, as a department of Corporate Development, is responsible for organising and developing training in various professions related to ageing and care, supporting nursing students, and internal staff continuing education.
To complete our team, we are looking for a competent individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement who will support the Training and Continuing Education department in planning and organising internal continuing education as a clerk. You will coordinate the organisational processes around our educational offerings and contribute through your professional and efficient work to ensure that services in the field of ageing and care run smoothly within the framework of training and continuing education.
Your tasks
- Create, manage and maintain internal continuing education offerings on the learning platform
- Assist in the production of learning videos or, if suitable, independently create learning videos
- Administrative tasks
- Support course instructors in preparing and conducting continuing education, especially regarding rooms, materials and technology
- Assist in planning and conducting events such as professional conferences
Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification with good administrative skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills as well as an independent and structured working style
- Strong communication skills in fluent German
- High digital affinity and confident handling of digital applications and learning platforms
- Know-how in event planning is an advantage as well as enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
