• Professional and disciplinary leadership of approx. 6 employees in the Category Management department
• Development and implementation of product group strategies in line with the corporate strategy
• Development and coordination of sustainable concepts and processes that ensure the achievement of corporate goals
• Ensuring a competitive procurement of major components while adhering to budget and deadline requirements
• Leading the development of procurement strategies and conducting negotiations and contract drafting
• Building and maintaining a sustainable supplier base
• Conducting supplier reviews and supporting complaint and escalation management

• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team of approx. 10 employees
• Management and further development of sustainable concepts and processes for continuous efficiency improvement in procurement, as well as support in defining strategic framework conditions and implementing the purchasing strategy
• Establishment, further development, and professionalization of claim management, as well as ensuring risk management along the supply chain 
• Support in complex negotiations, contract reviews, and legal issues
• Introduction and implementation of a comprehensive project management approach in procurement
• Responsibility for project controlling from the purchasing side
• Strengthening the calculation processes by increasing the depth of calculation

• You have several years of solid experience in purchasing, preferably in the international industrial procurement environment
• You have a completed university degree in industrial engineering or business administration
• Very good German and English skills (level C1) in spoken and written form
• Solid knowledge of commercial contract law
• Very good MS Office and ERP skills
• Strong analytical skills, economic thinking, and a high degree of personal responsibility
