About the job
Spitex Bauma, as a non-profit organisation, cares for sick, elderly and convalescent people at home. A service for podiatry and foot care complements our offerings.
We are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a
Nursing Specialist HF 50% (Re-entrants Welcome)
Your tasks include
- holistic care and support of sick and elderly people including case management
- advice and guidance for relatives and carers
- team collaboration
- participation in quality development
We are looking for
- a committed person with enthusiasm for care outside the hospital
- flexibility and willingness to take responsibility
- team spirit
- openness to new things
- client- and service-oriented thinking and acting
- knowledge of interRAI HC or willingness to attend a course
- driving licence category B
