Office for Industry, Trade, and Labor | 50% | Chur
The Office for Industry, Trade, and Labor (KIGA) currently employs around 120 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organize labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the field of labor market and occupational safety.
To strengthen our team in the Department of Labor Market Measures, we are looking for a motivated Program Staff Service and Administration starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement, as part of our GastroKantine deployment program in Chur.
- Operation and monitoring of the electronic cash register system during lunchtime and ensuring correct accounting of revenues
- Professional support for the program management in guiding and supervising participants in the areas of service, laundry, and cleaning
- Administrative support for the program management, including maintaining filing systems and documentation
- Professional qualification in gastronomy, retail, or comparable qualifications
- Experience with electronic cash register systems
- Organizational skills and independence
- High social competence, empathy, and communication skills in dealing with different target groups
- Team ability combined with assertiveness
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, ideally knowledge of a second cantonal language
- Safe handling of MS Office and digital tools
- Flexibility in working hours (focus on lunchtime, rarely in the evening or at events)
