For our QA department in Dübendorf, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Laboratory Technician Food Analytics m/f 80 - 100%
Your responsibilities include:
- Execution, evaluation, and analysis of chemical and physical tests of raw and additive materials, finished and development products including documentation
- Development and implementation of analytical methods
- Monitoring / maintenance of equipment (including calibration)
- Sensory control (tasting) of raw materials and finished products
- Support in sensory tests / tasting
- Creation of analysis certificates
- Participation in ring tests
- Coordination and execution of various monitoring programs (e.g. allergens)
- Coordination and execution of storage tests
- Various administrative tasks such as ordering laboratory materials, document creation, etc.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ or comparable qualification with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Languages: fluent German and English
- Team spirit and commitment
- Careful, conscientious, and structured working style
