Your daily work:

You are the point of contact for our employees and managers on all HR and leadership topics. Always competent, solution-oriented, and at eye level
Together with the line, you take over the complete recruitment process – from the advertisement to the contract creation
You reliably and efficiently handle HR administration: from onboarding to offboarding, including maintaining personnel files and processing personnel changes and events
You contribute your own ideas and think along. You drive optimizations in processes and workflows forward with initiative
You prepare relevant HR key figures, statistics, and evaluations for management in a structured and careful manner

What is important to us:

You have completed a commercial training and an HR-specific further education as well as several years of experience in a comparable HR role
With your structured and organized work style, you have your area under control at all times
You master MS Office tools and German, French is a plus as well as initial experience with SAP HR
Your discreet, communicative, and committed personality with a high level of service orientation rounds off your profile
