Your daily work:
- You are the point of contact for our employees and managers on all HR and leadership topics. Always competent, solution-oriented, and at eye level
- Together with the line, you take over the complete recruitment process – from the advertisement to the contract creation
- You reliably and efficiently handle HR administration: from onboarding to offboarding, including maintaining personnel files and processing personnel changes and events
- You contribute your own ideas and think along. You drive optimizations in processes and workflows forward with initiative
- You prepare relevant HR key figures, statistics, and evaluations for management in a structured and careful manner
What is important to us:
- You have completed a commercial training and an HR-specific further education as well as several years of experience in a comparable HR role
- With your structured and organized work style, you have your area under control at all times
- You master MS Office tools and German, French is a plus as well as initial experience with SAP HR
- Your discreet, communicative, and committed personality with a high level of service orientation rounds off your profile
