Your Tasks
- Lead role in the recruitment, training and support of apprentices
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of learning processes
- Planning, organisation and design of the nursery daily routine in close cooperation with the educational team
- Creating a development-promoting and appreciative atmosphere for children and staff based on the dual education concept Elmar
- Planning, designing and accompanying varied nature and outdoor activities in all weather conditions
- Preparation of portfolios, status assessments and development reports
- Competent, appreciative and transparent collaboration with parents
- Planning, organisation, implementation and management of meetings and events
Your Profile
- Federal VET Diploma as Childcare Specialist, completed by at least 31.07.2024
- Certificate as a vocational trainer and experience in supporting and training apprentices
- Enthusiasm and commitment to vocational education
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Strong administrative skills and confident handling of IT applications
- Communicative, resilient and responsible personality with high initiative
