• Provide information (or redirect) to insured persons by telephone mainly in the field of occupational benefits and collective accident and health insurance
• Independently handle administrative tasks related to occupational benefits for insured persons (internal and external emails, letters, requests from social networks, etc.)
• Process changes concerning insured persons (entries, exits, integration of vested benefits, purchase of contribution years, etc.)
• Collaborate and coordinate with our Back Office responsible for the relationship with clients affiliated to our collective foundations, loss of earnings insurance and vested benefit accounts

• Benefit from a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
• Knowledge and/or professional experience in the administrative management of occupational benefits would be an advantage
• Network working and quick comprehension with an analytical mind; personal responsibility, decisiveness, good stress management and resilience.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written); foreign languages (I/D/E) with at least one language at a very good level; knowledge of other languages is useful.
• Digital affinity and good IT skills.
