To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will support the sales area in a combined role while also serving as the direct assistant to the Head of CPM (Customer Performance Management). This position combines administrative, organizational, and strategic tasks with a modern, digital work environment.
40% Sales Support
- Administrative and organizational support for the sales team
- Deputy of the Sales Coordinator
- Preparation, management, and updating of contract documents for hotel and cable car partners
- Support in onboarding new cooperation partners
- Organization and coordination of fam trips, site inspections, and sales-related events in collaboration with the Sales Coordinator
- Maintenance and management of system and master data in the CRM
- Creation and preparation of presentations for sales meetings and internal purposes
- Active participation in projects for the further development of the sales department
- Reservations for individual & TO group bookings
40% Assistance to Head of CPM
- Collaboration on administrative, strategic, and process-related projects within the CPM organization
- Preparation and support for reporting, presentations, and decision-making bases
- CO-Lead CRM Sales: creation of reports, reminders, status overviews, minutes, as well as maintenance of customer data and sales funnels dashboards
- Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders within the WAG structure
- Budget controlling
- Room nights forecasting
- Duetto & Protel analyses
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, evaluations, data maintenance) and PowerPoint
- Experience with hotel software, preferably Protel & Duetto
- Confident use of digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Planner)
- High digital affinity and understanding of modern work processes
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1) + 1 other language is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of tourism contexts and/or sales background is desirable
- Structured, efficient, and independent working style

- Strong team ability and communication skills
