Your Tasks
- Advising, supporting and assisting our beneficiaries in social, personal and economic matters
- Cooperation with internal and external network partners, authorities, cost bearers and social institutions
- Participation in case discussions and multiprofessional team meetings
- Documentation of social work measures and counselling processes as well as participation in needs assessment interviews
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy
- Ideally professional experience in healthcare, clinical setting or psychosocial environment
- Empathetic manner, counselling competence and enjoyment in working with people in challenging life situations
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
