Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2025.717 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Wednesday and Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Thursday 9:30 am - 7:00 pm + on-call duty / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

Following the departure abroad of the current post holder, we are looking for a new colleague for the Technical Service team. He or she will mainly ensure the proper functioning and availability of technical installations as well as urgent repairs and on-call duties. He or she will also be responsible for compliance with fire safety standards, for which he or she must already be trained or willing to undergo the required training.

What will you be expected to do?

• Maintain and periodically check devices and technical installations
• Manage the validation of our ventilation system
• Be the guarantor of our automation system
• Carry out maintenance work (buildings and infrastructure)
• Supervise work carried out by external companies
• Perform urgent repairs and ensure on-call services
• Participate in the development of infrastructure and technical projects
• Be responsible for AEAI/ECA fire safety standards

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Training or proven experience in a technical building field (ventilation, heating), with very good knowledge of technical building maintenance
• Residence within 30 minutes maximum from the Clinic to ensure on-call duties
• Ability to work independently
• Have completed training on AEAI/ECA fire safety standards or be willing to undergo the required training

• Proven interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Comfort with common computer tools
• Sense of initiative and organization
• Knowledge of the medico-social sector, an advantage
