What you will do here
- Support the department or program director as well as the teaching staff in administrative matters
- Take over the organizational management of teaching operations including scheduling and room planning
- Collaborate in various departments of the Bachelor program in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Coordinate and record meetings, organize events, handle inquiries, and maintain central data and documents
- Actively shape and further develop administrative processes
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in education or a comparable environment
- Precise, reliable, and independent working style
- Very good knowledge and a strong interest in digital tools
- Confident German as well as good English and French skills (at least level B1)
