What is my role?

• Professional and personal leadership of a 4-member team

• Deployment planning and targeted employee development

• Ensuring quality, safety and efficient processes

• Responsibility for all logistics processes - from goods receipt to loading

• Conducting inventories and warehouse management

• Ensuring punctual deliveries in impeccable quality

• Continuous process optimisation

• Close cooperation with production for smooth material flow

• Coordination with dispatch for optimal lorry loading and utilisation

• Order coordination with the sales team

• Clean handling of ERP processes from goods receipt to delivery note

• Correct bookings and conscientious data maintenance

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in logistics as well as initial leadership experience

• Strong organisational talent and structured, solution-oriented working style

• Enjoy leading, motivating and developing your team

• High quality, safety and sense of responsibility

• Confident handling of ERP systems and good MS Office skills

• Resilience, assertiveness and keeping an overview even in hectic times

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form ?
