Start date

What makes your work particularly attractive
You work in an institution organised around the needs of patients and characterised by a high level of psychotherapeutic understanding. Patients are continuously supported in interprofessional teams from withdrawal through to the day clinic. As a member of senior management, you are involved in shaping strategic goals and share responsibility for operational implementation. Together with a Senior Psychologist, you bear responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership of a department of the Medical-Psychological Service at the Kirchlindach site. Your team consists of assistant physicians and psychologists. You are responsible for the psychiatric-medical care of patients during withdrawal and detoxification and participate in the medical on-call service.
Direct care of your own patients and conducting topic-specific group therapies are possible and encouraged. As a Senior Physician, you contribute your experience and creative power to a development-oriented, highly innovative clinic and help shape the professional advancement of the therapy offerings and clinical processes.
What distinguishes you
You hold a specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy. You have solid psychotherapeutic experience, are confident in treating acute psychiatric conditions, and in the initial assessment and management of somatic comorbidities. Psychotherapeutic work is close to your heart, and you enjoy individual case conceptualisation within the biopsychosocial model practised in the clinic.
You can demonstrate leadership experience and show a willingness to take responsibility for economic contexts. You enjoy contact with people affected by addiction disorders as well as interprofessional and networked work. You are motivated to engage in the further development of the therapy programme and to support the professional development of the staff you lead by sharing your experience.
What you can look forward to
You will find a varied, independent area of responsibility in a collegial and interprofessional team with progressive employment conditions. Your professional and specialist development will be supported. The clinic’s therapy programme is characterised by a high degree of patient-centredness and innovative offerings.
