Our client is looking for a reliable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors. As a Gardener EFZ, you will lend a hand and apply your expertise with commitment every day. You can expect an uncomplicated, collegial team, an open working environment, as well as varied and responsible tasks.

Gardener EFZ (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and upkeep of our garden facilities on the company premises as well as at external partners and customers
• Supervision and training of our apprentices
• Carrying out minor garden adjustments and redesign work for customers
• Care of seasonal flower beds and perennial borders
• Maintenance of lawns, embankments, shrubs and other green areas
• Repair and upkeep of walkways and squares
• Participation in winter services
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Gardener EFZ
• Completed trainer course or willingness to attend one
• Passion for the plant world and enjoyment in customer advice
• Good powers of observation and an independent, efficient working style
• Resilient, assertive personality with high social competence
• Technical understanding and practical thinking
• Strong team spirit
• Passion for the design and maintenance of green spaces
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
